Welcome to the Cattlemans! Here we only offer Prime or Choice cuts of beef, pork, and Colorado lamb. We settle on nothing but the freshest rainbow trout and other fish flown in by airplane daily. And only the highest quality snow crab and Maine lobster will grace a plate. All of our soups and sauces are made from scratch. And we give you THE best service Prescott has to offer. We have been voted best steakhouse in Prescott for 5 years running. Our atmosphere is casual, but the food and service is four star.  We offer a great wine list including Napa, Australian, and Chilean wines. And many great specials like slow roasted prime rib.
